Required Skills: • Workday testing experience • Leadership experience – ability to lead other individuals and peers – can coordinate and organize efforts. Not afraid to being a host to a session • Has the ability to lead others without them realizing they are being led. Willing to drive and push things to get it done. • Strong Attention to detail and ability to step in wherever needed • Ability to help the team focus more on the giant elephant versus the minutia. • Ability to assess resources + test cases and how much time it takes to accomplish. • Execute test cases Project: Have 10 work streams within the project (modules/functions within HR: Benefits, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, etc). They will have a bank of test cases/scenarios that need to be divvied up between the work streams SMEs on the project. The work stream SME’s operational pool consists of 3 people (these are not fully dedicated resources). This person needs to support these folks. The testing lead has expressed a gap in skill set on Analytics – not able to assess resources + test cases and how much time it takes to accomplish
